Week 29 | A Reminder to Eat

As I've been more active the last few months, I've been running into energy issues. Despite feeling more muscular and strong, I've been more lethargic, anxious and irritable.

It took me a while to realize that it was diet related. But, now that I've identified diet as a large factor and addressed it, a lot of my issues have cleared up completely or gotten better. I feel stronger, more energetic and less anxious and irritable overall.

It's easy for a lot of us to take food for granted. If we're fortunate enough, it's just kind of present in our lives. We also don't necessarily take the time to reflect on how much it affects our quality of life. We're fortunate to be in that position, but it's also important for us to get reminded about foods role in our daily lives.

Not everyone is fortunate enough to view food as an optimization for their wellbeing. So, after posting this weekly creation, I'm going to be donating to a local food bank. I hope if you read this post, and checkout what I've written, you'll consider the doing the same.
